Tap a small hole in one end of shell and carefully slide stick through and gently push it out the other end on the shell. Cook about 6 inches above coals for 10 min then turn to do the other side which will not take as long. Cook in clay- make pin hole in LARGE ine of egg to relieve pressure. Cover egg with clay and bury in coals for about 20 min. Depends on hot hot coals are. Can be cooked on top of coals but takes longer and needs to be turned. Cabbage leaf- put egg in bowl shaped cabbage leaf and place on coals. Grape leaves could also be used- make sure they have not been sprayed with inscecticide. Bell Pepper- hollow out and put in eggs and scramble, put in a little onion chopped thin and a little bacon you have cooked on a stick and cut up. While it is cooking toast a couple of pieces of bread or make twists of biscuit mix.
