The P.R.A.Y. office administers the God and Country program for youth and the God and Service Recognition for adults, and encourages churches and youth agencies to build partnerships with each other. Dee is responsible for contacting youth agency councils, strengthening relationships with the national church bodies, and creating resources and training to promote collaborations between churches and youth agencies. Dee has served as Club Program Specialist on the national staff of Camp Fire Boys and Girls, Field Director for both the Mid- Continent Council of Girl Scouts (Kansas City, MO) and the Black Diamond Girl Scout Council (Charleston, WV) and YMCA Program Director in Jamestown, NY. Her husband, Ed, is employed by the BSA National Office. David Shettles has served in the church positions of Local Church Scouting Coordinator, District Scouting Coordinator, Conference Scouting Coordinator and he is presently serving as Southeastern jurisdictional Scouting Coordinator. David has conducted week long camps at the Conference Assembly centering on the Religious Awards program for Boy and Girl Scouts. Currently David is serving as the Vice-President for Membership and Relationships for the West Tennessee Area Council, BSA. David also serves on the National Committee of the Order of the Arrow, the Camp Chaplains Section for the National Camp School, Southern Region, Boy Scouts of America and serves as a Chaplain for the West Tennessee Area Council.
