When I was back for a camp staff reunion last summer, I don't recall seeing many people wearing them but they were available in the trading post for purchase by tribesmen. The identifier for Mic-O-Say is a claw lanyard which is worn with civilian attire as well as with the scout uniform. jim sleezer
