The software program was written to interface with Troopmaster 4 and
assist scoutmasters in planning merit badge signups for summer camp.

Briefly, the program takes TMP4 advancement files and compares them
to the merit badges offered by your summer camp. A worksheet is
printed which is used by the scouts to select merit badges. The
merit badge info is input into the system and paperwork - rosters,
merit badge lists are then printed.

The reports are formatted for the Greater St Louis Area Council but I
hope it will be usefull to everyone.

I have found this system to be very useful and hope others do.
